2025 Cohort Student Registration
Welcome!
2025 cohort students can access program guidelines, class links, learning materials and many more by completing the registration. Please ensure you register by 17:00, May 29, 2025 Bangkok Time (UCT + 7).

Please read the following guidelines carefully to enroll into the program. 

Use and disclosure of personal information

• Kindly note that by participating in this program, you grant permission to Chulalongkorn University to use your personal data to organize teaching/learning activities in accordance with the syllabus and other announcements of the APRU SDG4GC 2025 program.
• All the teaching/learning activities of the APRU SDG4GC 2025 will be recorded. Selected sessions that are beneficial to the public may be livestreamed via the FB page of the Office of International Affairs and Global Network, Chulalongkorn University.
• By participating in this program, you grant permission to Chulalongkorn University to use your image and likeness captured during all program activities to be used solely for educational purposes and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Online course attendance

• APRU SDG4GC promotes interactive and mutual learning among students and resource persons, thus most online lectures and sessions are synchronous. Please join the synchronous lectures and sessions from the zoom links indicated in the Program Calendar on “How to access course” page. 
• In an event that you have to miss any online synchronous lecture or session, you can still catch up with them through the recording to be provided.

Onsite program

• The 2025 cohort of students will benefit from a dynamic onsite program either in Malaysia or Thailand. Activities are carefully designed to direct students learning toward achieving the objectives of the program. Full attendance in the onsite program is mandatory. 
• Prior to attending the onsite program, each participant will be requested to sign an agreement form, as students have a clear set of responsibilities and duties in order to participate in and contribute to the group activities to make them fruitful and successful. 

Withdrawals

• If you choose to withdraw from the program, you must inform the program secretariat in writing. Please state your reason and email your withdrawal request to aprusdg4gc@chula.ac.th. 
• Unless you complete the full requirements of the program, a certificate will not be issued. 

Academic integrity

• Academic integrity is a commitment to and active engagement with the six interconnected values of honesty, respect, trust, responsibility, fairness, and courage in academic scholarship and scholarly activities. 
• Participants of APRU SDG4GC are expected to uphold these values of academic integrity as aspiring global citizens. It is a shared responsibility among members of the program.

Misconduct and revocation

• When you are found in violation of student conduct policy of your home institution and/or academic integrity as above, your Lead Mentor or any program stakeholder who has a knowledge of such violation has a right to recommend your revocation from the program. 
• A recommendation will be addressed to the APRU SDG4GC Program Steering Committee (PSC), which is composed of representatives of the six core-partner universities that oversee the program governance. 
• The causes for revocation include but are not limited to:
  • plagiarism
  • absence from teamwork or team communication for more than 10 days
  • emotional/spiritual/physical harms to another individual
• PSC will review the recommendation and will issue a statement of revocation to the concerned individual upon consultation. Notification of the revocation will also be sent to the participant’s home institution, thus the concerned student’s participation in the program will be terminated.

Any use of modification of ideas by the competition organizes and partners will not give rise to any third-party claims of infringement or violation of copyright, trademark, or any other right of any third party, or any third-party claims, including liberl, defamation, and violation of privacy or contract breach. I release the compeition organizers and partners from any liability in connection with my participation in this program.
