Rafiza Hashim joined the University of Malaya (UM) in 2004 and currently serves as the Manager at the International Students & Mobility Centre. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), which she obtained in 2004.

With two decades of service at UM, Rafiza has undergone various job rotations. Her expertise spans several areas, including Human Resources, Academic Management, General Administration, Student Affairs, Project Planning and Execution, Asset & Facility Management, and Finance.

As the Manager at ISC, Rafiza is committed to creating an efficient and collaborative work environment. Her keen attention to detail and strategic approach allows her to streamline administrative processes, manage resources effectively, and support the university in achieving its goals.
